Return & Replacement Policy

  • Return or replacement requests are accepted only within 3 to 4 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be in original condition with all accessories, packaging, and invoice as received.
  • After the 3–4 day window, no return or replacement will be processed.

Order Cancellation

  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Please review your product selection, address, and payment details carefully before completing checkout.

Warranty Coverage

  • Standard warranty coverage applies as mentioned on the product page or invoice.
  • Damage warranty is not available under any circumstances.
  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by water, liquid exposure, or moisture.
  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by over power load, voltage fluctuation, or electrical surges beyond product limits.

Warranty Claim Period

  • All warranty-related claims must be reported within 72 hours of discovering the issue.
  • Claims raised after 72 hours may not be accepted for warranty service or support.

Jurisdiction & Legal Disputes

  • In the event of any legal dispute, claim, or court proceeding, the matter shall be handled exclusively within Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
  • Surya Plus will not attend hearings, proceedings, or legal matters outside Ahmedabad under any circumstances.
  • By using this website and placing an order, you agree that Ahmedabad shall be the sole jurisdiction for all legal matters.
